Returns

All damaged items, wrongly sent items, wrong quantity sent, or defective items will be accepted for a return, refund or replacement within 14 days after receiving the item (in order to start return process, you must provide photo of defective item).

Order Cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority.

Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.

We do not issue the refund if:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of OurFrenchie.com (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
  • Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of ourfrenchie.com

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should contact us to our email, and we will send further information. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
