Our return policy lasts 14 days. If you have a problem with the order, you can return within 14 days since delivery of your item. After that, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

All damaged items, wrong quantity sent, or defective items will be accepted for a free return for a refund or replacement within 14 days after receiving the item. To start the return process, you must provide a photo of the defective item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If a refund is approved, credit will be applied to your ordering credit card or original method of payment, max 14 days. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If still not received a refund, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

I did not receive my order
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (60 days, not including 2-5 day processing), you can request a refund or a reshipment.
Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (60 days) has expired. To do that, visit and fill our Contact Us page.
When we don’t guarantee a refund
- Exceptional circumstances outside the control of OurFrenchie.com.
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of OurFrenchie.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster, pandemic situation).
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
