Products from US warehouse are shipped by USPS or DHL.

Packages from China warehouse will be shipped by USPS or Singapore Post.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive tracking information once your package is shipped.

Sometimes it takes 2-5 days till tracking information updated. Till then, it will show “no information available at the moment”.

Will I receive my items in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping. We work with separate manufactures, that is why you might receive in separate packages.
